FCCPT assistance is available in a variety of ways.
You can contact FCCPT in different ways. Before you contact FCCPT, log in and check the status of your file online. You can see which documents have been received and whether your file has gone into review. Check your file status.

We recommend that applicants e-mail their questions to allow our staff time to research your questions and fully respond with a detailed answer. Every attempt is made to respond within three (3) working days.
Phones tend to be busiest on Mondays and Tuesdays. If there is no answer, please dial again. If no representative is available to respond, the phone system reduces long distance phone costs by not answering.
The Call Center is not available when FCCPT offices are closed. The Call Center staff can only respond to general questions about your file. If you need a detailed response, you should email email@example.com. In order to complete evaluations in a timely fashion, FCCPT evaluators are not available to answer questions by telephone.
